OnTrackio is an IT asset management (ITAM) platform for tracking hardware, software licenses, and the people they're assigned to — with the compliance evidence European teams need.

These docs serve two audiences:

• Administrators who run the workspace — track assets, manage users and licenses, configure single sign-on, and produce compliance evidence.
• Employees who use the My portal — see assigned equipment, request gear, and set up account security.
